1 16-oz. box Quaker Oat Squares (about 8 cups)
2 cups pecan pieces/halves
1/4 cup margarine/butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cereals & pecans together in 9" x 12" baking pan.

Mix together in a small bowl the margarine, brown sugar & corn syrup. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 1 - 1-1/2 minutes. more until boiling.

Stir baking soda and vanilla into sugar mixture. Pour over cereal & stir to coat evenly.

Bake at 250º for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Spread onto cookie sheet to cool. Break into pieces and enjoy.
