8 oz cream cheese
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts chopped
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove minced
Hot Sauce to taste

Blend together and bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I usually add 1 c. of Parmesan cheese to the top before baking. I also will turn the oven to broil at the end of baking time to brown the cheese on top.
