1/3 stick butter
1/3 c. whiskey
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 pecans
4 oz. Baker unsweetened chocolate
1 t. butter
1 T Paraffin
Pecan Halves


Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened butter in mixer. Add sugar and whiskey in small
amounts. Keep mixer going all the time. Blend well after each
addition. Add chopped pecans. Form into small balls. Top with
a pecan half. Allow to "dry out." Melt chocolate, paraffin, and
butter and double boiler. use toothpicks to hold balls. Dip balls
into chocolate.
