2 (10oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach
2 cups herb seasoned Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 large onions chopped
5 beaten eggs
3/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill mixture for 2 hours. Shape into small balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 350º for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn after 10. Can be frozen prior to baking. Freeze on cookie sheets, then seal in plastic bags and put back in freezer.
