2 cans jalapeņo flavored bean dip
3 ripe avocados, mashed
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 bunches green onions, chopped and tops too
2 firm tomatoes, cubed
8-12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 small cans sliced black olives

Layer 1: Bean dip.
Layer 2: Mixture of avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Layer 3: Mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
Layer 4: Chopped green onions.
Layer 5: Cubed tomatoes.
Layer 6: Cheddar cheese.
Layer 7: Black olives.
Chill. Keep refrigerated up to five days. Serve with nachos, Fritos or crackers.
