4 pork chops (about 3/4 inches thick)
1 T butter
1/3 c. finely chopped carrots
1 T snipped fresh parsley
2 t all purpose flour
2 t dried tarragon
1/2 t instant beef bouillon granules
2/3 c. milk
2 t dry white wine or water
Salt and pepper to taste

Season with salt and pepper if desired. In a large skillet, cook chops in butter over for 5 minutes. Turn chops and add carrot. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until no pink remains, Remove chops. Leave dripping and carrots in pan.

Stir parsley, flour, tarragon, bouillon granules and 1/4 t pepper into drippings and carrots. Add milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in wine and return chops to skillet and heat through. To serve spoon sauce over chops.
