Sweet Potato/Marshmallow Casserole Recipe

1 lb.14 oz. canned yams (save 1/3 c. juice & add)
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or more)
1 pkg. mini marshmallows

Mix with electric mixer: all ingredients until smooth
(except marshmallows)
Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish
Bake 350 for 20 minutes or until set
Before serving cover top with marshmallows and broil until slightly brown (watch closely-don't burn)

Can make ahead, refrig., then bring to room temp before baking.
I keep extra marshmallows in case I burn them--you can scrape burned off and do over.
