1 garlic minced
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 cup oil
1 drop vinegar
dash worchestshire sauce
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolk until blended, very slowly add oil, continue beating until thicken. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Works best if egg yolk is at room temperate. If it becomes too thick add a few drops of water.
