1 turkey breast half (about 3 pounds)
1/2 c. white wine or chicken broth
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 t. Mortons seasoned pepper blend
8-10 small red potatoes (halved)

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey and potatoes in a roaster. Combine wine and garlic and pour over turkey and potatoes. Sprinkle seasoning all over and cover. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Uncover for the last 20 minutes to allow the turkey to brown.
