1 lb. spicy sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
2-4 slices of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage. Drain on paper towel. Grease 10 inch baking dish. Break bread into squares and cover bottom of dish. Add sausage and most of cheese. Save part of cheese to cover the top. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over sausage. Tope with cheese. Store in refrigerator overnight. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
