3 celery stalks
1 medium onion
2 boiled eggs
2 eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tblsp poultry seasoning
1 large can chicken broth
1 skillet of cornbread
4 slices bread

Cornbread

1 egg
1 1/4
2 cups milk
2 Tblsp oil
2 cups corn meal

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cornbread (try to use as little crust as possible).
Tear slices of bread into small pieces and add to cornbread. Add chopped celery, chopped onion, eggs and chopped boiled eggs.
Stir in cream of chicken soup, poultry seasoning and salt
and pepper to taste. Add enough chicken broth to make
this very soupy. Put in refrigerator overnight or at least an hour. Bake at 400º until brown.
