1 pkg semi sweet chocolate chips (12 oz)
1/2 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 pkg cream cheese (8 oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

To Prepare Crust:
In medium saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring until smooth. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Remove 1/4 cup of the mixture for later use. In a 13x9 inch baking pan, press remaining graham cracker mixture evenly.

To Prepare Cheesecake:
In large bowl with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat condensed milk, then egg and vanilla. Pour over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup crumb mixture.

Bake until set, 25-30 minutes Cool. Cut into 24 squares. Refrigerate until cold. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving.
