2 lbs. Flank Steak
1 tbs. Minced Garlic
1 tbs. Cumin
2 tbs. Creole Mustard
2 tbs. Oil
3 tbs. Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the garlic, cumin, mustard, oil, vinegar, oregano, and paprika in a large mixing bowl. Add the flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes (turning often). Place the steak on the grill over hot coals. Baste with the marinade. Cook to the desired temperature. Thinly slice across the grain of the meat. Top with sautéed mushrooms and/ or onions if desired.
