2 1bs ground beef
1 large bag noodles
1 large can tomatoes
1 cup tomato juice or small can V8 juice
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
½ green bell pepper
1 lb Velveeta cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ground meat and drain. Add tomatoes and juice, bell pepper, mushrooms and seasoning. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes. Boil noodles in separate pot ‘till tender. Add this to meat pot
and simmer for 5 minutes. Cut up cheese and add last. When cheese melts it’s ready to
serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
