CRUST:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large egg
1/2 c butter, melted
FILLING:
1 package (8oz) cream cheese at room temp
2 large eggs
1 t vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1 box (16oz) powdered sugar

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Lightly spray 13x9x2 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
CRUST:
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, egg and melted butter. Mix well until dry ingredients are moistened. Pat lightly into prepared baking pan.
FILLING:
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well combined. Beat in melted butter until evenly blended. On low speed, gradually beat in the box of powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust in pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until sides are set and center is still a little jiggly. Remove from oven and cool completely.
