1 pkg. fudge cake mix (I use Devil’s Food)
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (the smaller box)
½ cup oil
½ cup strong coffee, room temp.
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1-12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Spray angel food cake pan w/ cooking oil. Mix ingredients together and spread evenly in angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes (should spring back if you poke it with your finger). Cool before removing from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired, and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
