1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 lb. asparagus, trimmed to 1 inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 small red pepper, diced
3 green onion, diced
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. fettuccine, cooked
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. parmesan cheese

Heat oil and red pepper flakes in large skillet. When hot, add
shrimp until cooked (3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp and set
aside. Add asparagus, mushrooms, red pepper, green onion
and garlic to the same pan and cook until vegetables are tender,
but still crisp. Add cooked pasta, chicken broth and cooked
shrimp and heat to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve with
parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
