1 cup sugar (or Splenda®)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Sift together sugar (or Splenda®) salt and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg white and water until frothy.
Pour sugar (or Splenda®) mixture over nuts.
Stir well until coated.
Spread on a cookie sheet (I spray with Pam™).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Use a spatula to turn over and separate nuts.
Bake another 15 minutes.
Cool on wax paper or foil.
Enjoy!
