8-10 apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of one lemon
1-1/2 granola
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup four
3/4 cup butter, cut into chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Grease (I use butter) a 9"x13" pan.

Peel and chop apples. Put in large mixing bowl with the cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice. Give it a stir and set aside.

In another mixing bowl, cut together (I use a pastry cutter) the granola, brown sugar, flour and butter until well combined.

Pour the apples in the greased pan and top with the granola mixture. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes.

I love my Pampered Chef Apple Peeler & Corer! I like this recipe with any kind of baking apple, but do not use a "delicious" variety.
