1 stick butter
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 t. cream of tartar
1 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
4 T. white sugar
4 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream together butter, margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Use small PC scoop and shape dough into balls. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Roll cookies balls in mixture and place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 9 minutes or until set but not too hard. Remove immediately from baking sheets and cool on wire racks.
