1 egg beaten
1/3 cup of water
2 T vegetable oil
1 cup flour (usually takes a little more)
1 whole chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Boil whole chicken until comes off the bone. Take out all bones and season chicken and broth to taste.

Mix together egg, water and vegetable oil. Add flour to the mixture until not sticky when you knead it. Knead slightly and roll out on floured pastry sheet to about 1/8” thickness. Cut into the length of strips you prefer for dumplings and add to boiling chicken & broth. Let simmer 20 minutes and serve
