2 Granny Smith Apples
2 cans crescent rolls
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teas. Cinnamon
2 sticks real butter
1 teas. Vanilla
10 ozs. Mountain Dew

Peel apples and cut each into eight wedges.
Cook apples in microwave oven for 2 minutes.
Wrap crescent triangle around apple slices.
Place into 13 X 9 baking dish.
Stir sugar and cinnamon together.
Add vanilla and stir melted butter into the sugar mixture.
Spoon over the dumplings.
Pour Mountain Dew around dumplings.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
