Boneless chuck or rump roast (4-5 lbs)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Sauce:
1/2 C. sugar
1 C. Kraft BBQ sauce
1 C. russian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and rub into meat before cooking. In heavy ditch oven or roaster, cook at 225º for 8-10 hours or overnight with lid on. After cooking, pour off liquid and cool and refrigerate until cold. Slice thin and put back in 9 x13 pan.
Sauce: Mix in a sauce pan and bring to a boil, then pour over sliced meat. Cover and bake at 325º for 45-60 minutes to warm up. Serve on sliced rolls.
