2 pkgs frozen petite brussel sprouts
1 lb. bacon
1/3 - 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 - 1/2 c. vinegar (cider)
1 onion - coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the brussel spouts in salted water for a couple minutes or until tender - not mushy. Drain.
Fry bacon crispy in skillet - remove and drain on a paper towel. In the hot bacon drippings, add the chopped onion, sugar and vinegar. The mixture will fizz. Taste and add more sugar and/or vinegar to taste. Add the brussel sprouts to bacon mixture and heat through. Add the crumbled bacon pieces and serve.
