4 chicken breasts (boneless)
1 can frozen lemonade (thawed)
vegetable oil
3 eggs (beaten)
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in eggs on both sides, then cover in flour (repeat, depending on how much breading you prefer). Let oil heat in skillet. Sautee each side of chicken lightly just enough to brown. In 9x13 pan, pour a layer of thawed lemonade to cover the bottom of pan. Place chicken in pan and pour the remainder of lemonade on top. Bake @ 350º 30-45 minutes. NOTE: 375º for thick chicken.
