1 Unbaked Pie Shell - 9 inches
6 Cups apple slices
1 1/2 cup sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except butter together. Pour into pie shell and dot with butter. Moisten edge of pastry brush with water and put on top of crust. Press edges together and prick top with fork.

Bake at 425º for 35 to 45 minutes
