1 box shell macaroni
1 onion (diced)
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
2 hard cooked eggs (diced)
2 small cans shrimp
1 bag frozen peas (thawed)
1 small jar pimento (diced) optional
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Salad Dressing:
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1 T. (heaping) flour
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cups miracle whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shrimp salad together in large bowl.
Mix dressing together and add to salad. Refrigerate a couple hours.
