1 - 20 oz. pkg. frozen peas (thawed)
1 cup chopped celery
2 hard cooked eggs (chopped)
1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes or 1 jar pimento (drained)
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 cup mayo
1 tsp. sugar
3 T. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. ground mustard

In a large bowl combine first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl combine mayo, relish and seasonings. Stir mayo mixture into the pea mixture, cover and refrigerate a couple hours.
