1 (16 oz) can pineapple tidbits (in juice, not heavy syrup)
2 pkgs sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding
3 cups skim milk
1 (8 oz) carton low-fat or fat-free sour cream
10-inch angel food cake, broken into small peaces
1 (8 oz) carton light, low-fat, or fat-free cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and reserve 1 cup pineapple juice. Mix 3 cups milk and 1/2 cup pineapple juice into pudding mix. Beat until thick. Fold in sour cream and pineapple tidbits. Place 1/3 of the cake in a trifle dish. Drizzle with pineapple juice. Place 1/3 pudding mixture over the cake. Repeat layers. Spread cool whip on top and cover. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
