2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp onions, finely chopped
1 tsp seasoned salt
2 cups pecans, chopped in small pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients without pecans. Mix well. Serve with your favorites crackers.

OPTION 1: Add 1/2 cup of pecans into mixture. Form in to the shape of a ball and refrigerate until cold. Once chilled, roll ball in remaining pecans.

OPTION 2: Use 1 cup pecans and place mixture in a crystal serving dish. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top and chill.
