125 grs. de mantequilla a temperatura del ambiente
250 grs. de harina
4 cucharadas de azucar en polvo
2 yemas
1/4 taza de leche fresca
1/2 cucharadita ralladura de limón
1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear

Relleno:
8 manzanas nacionales duras ácidas (san antonio) en tajadas delgaditas
3/4 taza de azucar rubia
2 cucharadas de mantequilla

1 paquete chico de flan de vainilla

Masa:
Se cierne el harina, polvo de hornear y azúcar. Se agrega la mantequilla y se mezcla con un tenedor hasta granularla.
En un tazón se unen las yemas con la leche y la ralladura y se mezcla a lo anterior. Se une apenas hasta que se despegue de las manos. Se forra el molde y se hornea.

Relleno:
Todos los ingredientes del relleno, se llevan al horno precalentado en una lata a 350º F para que se calen. Se rellena la hojarazca ya horneada y fria, con esta manzana cocida ya fria.

Se prepara, segun instrucciones, un paquete chico de flan de vainilla y se vacia encima de las manzanas. Se refrigera hasta que cuaje. Se sirve helado.
