sugar cookie dough (I use Pilsbury)
1 pkg.(8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. strawberries, sliced
2 or 3 kiwi, sliced
mandarin oranges (use any fruit you like)

Spread cookie dough on pizza pan 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 375º for 12-15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.

Blend sugar and cream cheese. Fold in whipped cream and spread on cooled crust. Top with fruit.

If you use a pkg. of refrigerated cookie dough, you can slice in 1/4 inch slices and place all over pizza pan and roll together.
