BBQ Sauce Recipe

3 tsp dry mustard
14 oz bottle ketchup
2 tbs liquid smoke
6 tbs butter
3 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs worce sauce
1 tbs celery seed1/2 C water (opt)
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether.

For a great BBQ Roast:
Day one:
Cover roast with liquid smoke and refrigerate.
Day two:
Add onion salt and bake @300º for 4 hours. Cool and refrigerate.
Day three:
Cover with BBQ Sauce and bake slowly 250º 1-3hours depending on the size of roast.

This sauce is really good. The roast is obviously time consuming but the end product is really good.
