1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 box vanilla wafers
whip cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add pineapple and blend. Fold in egg whites. Line pan with wafer crumbs. Put layer of mixture over crumbs, then more crumbs on top. Chill at least 12 hours. Serve with whip cream.
