4 cups cooked whole kernel wheat.
1 cup catsup
1 onion, chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup molasses
3 to 4 tsp. prepared mustard
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, or cut up ham
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in casserole dish. Bake in slow oven for several hours. If it seems too dry, add a little more water or tomato juice.
