¼ C. cream cheese
½ C. mayo
4 oz. can crab meat, drained
¼ C. Parmesan cheese
2 T. sliced green onion
2 T. diced red pepper
2 T. diced celery
1 T. finely chopped fresh Italian Parsley
3 T. chopped, drained marinated artichoke hearts
1 1/3 tsp. sherry wine vinegar
½ tsp. hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add mayo and beat until blended. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in remaining ingredients, except 2 T. grated Parmesan. Transfer to a 2 C. soufflé dish. Top with remaining 2 T. cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve with sliced, toasted baguettes.
