24 whole green chilies – roasted
1 pound cheddar cheese
1 pound Monterey jack cheese
6 eggs
1 ¼ C. milk
5 drops Tabasco
¼ C. flour
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Repeat layers of chili and cheeses in a 9x13 pan. Combine milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and Tabasco. Pour over layers and sprinkle with paprika.


Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
