¼ C. Olive oil
1 ½ T. Lemon juice
1 T. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
½ tsp. Dijon mustard
1 5-oz package baby mixed greens
2 small pears cored and thinly sliced
½ C. pine nuts, toasted

Directions:

Combine first 8 ingredients in medium bowl. Whisk to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.

Place greens , pears, and pine nuts in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
