2 carrots, sliced
3 ribs, celery, sliced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
2 jars Cheez Whiz
1 lb. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. flour
2 quarts boiling water
1 can bouillon
1 can cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook vegetables in small amount of the 2 quarts water. Warm Cheez Whiz in microwave until it is softened. Add to cooked vegetables. Make roux with flour and butter. Add water, bouillon, and cheddar cheese soup to cooked vegetables and Cheez Whiz. Add roux and heat slowly until thickened.
