½ cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
(Mix together in a Ziploc bag.)

3 or 4 beaten eggs
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts—cut into chunks

Sweet & Sour Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cups sugar
½ cup vinegar
8 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoon soy sauce

Dip chicken in flour mixture and then in beaten eggs. (I like to dip in the eggs, then flour mixture…it’s a little less messy.) Brown lightly in oil in frying pan on medium heat. Place in oblong glass baking dish. Pour sweet & sour sauce over chicken. Bake in350º oven, 45 minutes, turning once or twice.

Bring all ingredients to a low boil. To thicken sauce, use cornstarch and water.
