2 8oz. Cream Cheese
3/4 c. Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
2 tbsp.. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 pkg Crescent Rolls

Topping
1 egg white (beaten)
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, except rolls. Flatten out 1 can of rolls together and lay all in one piece in bottom of large pan, pinch seams together. Pour cream cheese mixture on top of rolls. Put second can of rolls on top, keeping rolls all in one piece. Pinch edges together as much as possible.

Topping, beat egg white, water and sugar together, Brush topping over Danish before baking @ 350º for 25-30 minutes, Cool completely before cutting.
