1 Box orange Cake Mix
1 3oz. orange Jell-O
1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
11/4 c. Water
3 eggs

Frosting
1 8oz. Sour cream
1 12oz. Bag of Coconut
1/2 c. undiluted Frozen Orange Juice
11/2 c. Sugar
1 8oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Cake, mix all ingredients together until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9X13 pan. Bake @ 350º for 30-35 minutes. Set a side to cool.

Frosting, mix sour cream, and coconut, add sugar to orange juice, stirring until dissolved, combine with sour cream mixture, mix well, fold in cool whip. Icing cooled cake and refrigerate
