1 pkg. (8 qts.) instant nonfat dry milk (10 2/3 c.)
1 lb. instant cocoa mix (Nestle Quick, 4 c.)
1 (6-8 oz.) jar non-dairy powdered cream (3/4 c.)
1/2-1 c. powdered sugar

Mix all together. For each serving, mix 1/4-1/3 c. mix with 1 c. hot water.
