1 lb. hamburger, browned
2 onions, chopped
1 c.celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. of water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
4 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Place all dry ingredients in a casarole dish. Then add in the soups and water. Making sure to mix all together well. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from the oven and cover the top with chow mein noodles. Place back into the oven and bake 30 minutes more.
