Ground Turkey Ground Beef
Clove of Garlic
Celery
Carrots
Large Onion
S&P
Sweet Pickle Juice
Catsup
Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb of ground in heavy cooking pot or skillet.
Add a clove or two of garlic
Add 1 cup FINELY chopped celery
Add 1-2 large carrots, grated (shredded)
Add S&P to taste Add 2-3 Tablespoons of SWEET pickle juice
Add 1 regular size bottle (14 oz) ketchup
ADD 8 oz can of tomato sauce
Bring to boil, then let simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs

can be double or tripled, increase cooking time by about an hour is doubled, 2 hrs if tripled
