1 lb. ground pork
1 bag cole slaw mix
1 onion, chopped
1 T. Teriyaki sauce
2 T. Soy Sauce
Egg roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
1.Cook ground pork in skillet; break up into small chunks; remove to large bowl.
2. Add 1 tablespoon oil to skillet; stir fry cole slaw mix and chopped onion.
3. Add stir fried vegetables to ground pork. Stir in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce.
4. To roll egg rolls, place 2 heaping tablespoons of pork mixture along the center of a wrapper. Fold 2 opposite corner over the mixture. Fold another corner over, roll tightly, and seal remaining corner with a dab of water.
5. Fry for a few minutes in the oil, until brown and crispy. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or duck sauce. Yum!
