3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 t. salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients. Beat until smooth and well blended. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Pour batter into hot butter. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven 35-40 minutes, until brown and crusty. Cut into squares to serve. Serve with Beef Rouladen. Spoon pan juices over Yorkshire Pudding.
