1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, oil and sugar; blend in vanilla, eggs and buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients; stir into creamed mixture with zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325º for about 50 minutes, start checking with toothpick at 40 minutes.
