1 lb. ground beef
1 C. uncooked rice
1 jar (16oz.) salsa
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
1 1/4 C. water
1 C. cheese, grated
Corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet saute ground beef; drain fat. Top meat with rice, salsa, undrained beans and water. Cover and simmer 25-30 minutes; stirring occasionally. Top with cheese. Cover and heat until cheese melts. Top each serving with corn chips.
