4-6 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
Sliced cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 to 3/4 C. water
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1/2 to 3/4 C. margarine
Directions:
Directions:
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Put layer of chicken breasts in bottom of pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper; top with sliced cheese. Mix mushroom soup with water until well mixed and pour over chicken. Melt butter and add to dressing and mix to moisten and spread over chicken. Cover and bake 40 to 60 minutes, depending on thickness of chicken and if it is with bones or boneless.
